Lindsay White is on a mission to help female founders and high-growth companies stop winging it with their people strategy. As the founder of High Voltage Leadership and creator of the LPC Method™, Lindsay guides founders to grow their dream team and workplace culture — without the burnout, overwork, or drama.
With two decades of experience spanning corporate leadership, executive coaching, and HR strategy, Lindsay brings a uniquely human — and unapologetically honest — perspective to modern leadership. She’s worked with powerhouse women and growing companies across Canada, supporting them in building cultures that attract the right people, develop confident leaders, and scale sustainably.
Lindsay is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She’s also the host of Female Founder Unplugged, a podcast that dives deep into the real stories of scaling a business, leading with heart, and building workplaces that work for people — not against them.
In addition to her consulting and coaching work, Lindsay leads the LPC Accelerator, a hands-on leadership development and people strategy program designed for founders with 5–50 employees. She also delivers keynotes and workshops across North America on topics like hiring for fit, leading in perimenopause, and managing “difficult” conversations like a damn pro.
