Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Orders are packaged and addressed by hand and sent out from our local post office. We can send up to two magazines per envelope. Orders of 5 or more magazines will be sent as a package.
All pre-orders are shipped via Canada Post within two weeks of the publication going live.
Because we are a reader-supported publication, we may not always have back issues in stock. When you place an order for any back issue, it will likely come to you directly from our print company and may take 1-3 weeks to arrive.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on the weight of your total order. Pricing begins at $20.00 CAD + GST.
We ship through Canada Post.
Regular mail within Canada
The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:
- Two business days for local mail
- Three business days within the province
- Four days for national mail
These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.
Regular mail outside Canada
We are currently only sending magazines through regular mail in Canada, unless special requests are made and accepted.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will be notified within one business day of your order shipping to the email address you provided at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided only for packages shipped within Canada. Regular mailing of up to 4 magazines will not have tracking numbers provided.
Returns Policy
We cannot accept returns on any print or digital material. If you are unsatisfied with your print purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We will accept returns on any unused merchandise within 15 days of the shipping date and will refund the full purchase price minus shipping costs and a 5% handling fee. Merchandise must be returned to us in new condition.
